I use a norwegian keyboard, and whenever I hit the quotation key on my keyboard, I get ¨¨ instead of ¨. I often talk to swedish people and thus I'd like to use swedish letters, but now, I can't...

I have only norwegian keyboard installed. I am using English UK as my windows display text, though... Does that interfere in any way, or?
