I had this problem for maybe more than a month. Consider I was mostly away from my PC. IDK when it started, but I did fix it once not sure how, but it's back again. The PC would just show turning off screen, but do nothing. After you click on it it just goes blank, and it just hangs indefinitely. Sometimes it is really turning off (can't click to blank the screen, and eventually it will shutdown). I'm not sure what can cause this, never had a similar problem. My systems are usually fast...
