Mickey: will Intel HD 4000 drive 1080p resolution without issues ?

So heres the thing, i have an old 2012 Toshiba laptop with intel core i5 3210m that has intel hd 4000 graphics, and i want to buy a 1080p monitor to connect it as a main display since the laptop display has problems ( washed out colors, very bad contrast), but i was wondering if the i5 3210m will drive 1080p without issues.

Am only asking this because i once walked into an internet cafe with mostly HP 7th gen desktops and all HP 1080 monitors, but there are a some old Dell 3d gen desktops...
