While watching a video of someone "upgrading" a PC by cramming an insane 12900K/RTX 3080 system into an OptiPlex case, I thought, that is not an upgrade, that is just swapping the computer almost altogether. It got me thinking about what makes a certain computer that computer. So, I just decided to create a poll. What in your opinion makes, say a Dell OptiPlex 9020 a Dell OptiPlex 9020?
