Going to keep this short... Really Long story short, since 2017 I have owned 5 gaming PCs, two pre-built and three I built myself... Each PC stuttered, doesn't matter what game it is, it will stutter relentlessly, doesn't matter what resolution I play at or what graphics settings, it will stutter so bad that it's basically unplayable.
