I live in Europe. I just sent the PSU that was making "crackling noises" to the retailer for testing. Read my last thread for more info. Apparently, the retailer said it makes 0 noises there. Thinking I have dirty power fed to my PC. Not sure if the cause is my surge protected power strip, or my original power strip.
