Mickey: To upgrade CPU to Ryzen 5000 series or not? Purpose - Gaming, video editing

Hey everyone! So this is a question for my primary system as on system specs. It has got a Ryzen 5 3600 @4.5 GHz stable across all cores with a RTX 2060 Super. I recently got the i5 9600KF for my second PC and found that it performs better in most games with the exact same GPU (Galax RTX 2060 Super).
