the motherboard is MSI H61m-P23(B3) the PC boots but stuck at underscore ( _ ) tried different RAMs and with or without GPU and even with different CPU (2nd and 3rd gen i3) and still the same GPU is readable and boot at it first (GPU spec shows up first) then next comes is underscore stuck problem both CPU and chipset runs hot and CPU Fan runs at full speed i noticed that LAN led is not blinking (if this is important) and my keyboard is not being read (maybe because its a newer? i dont have...
