Mickey: System doesn't post at boot. Any idea about what is the faulty hardware part?

My brother's PC that I had previously (gigabyte AM3+ board with an FX8350) worked fine for years now until 3 days ago. It used to boot in the win10 screen in less than 15 seconds. 2 days ago it suddenly needed almost a minute to boot to bios. Since yesterday it doesn't even boot. Only shows that power goes to board, GPU and fans.
