    Hello guys
    i have an
    I5 9400F
    16GB RAM DUAL CHANEL
    GTX 1650
    SSD 240GB
    HD 465GB

    and hes having stuterrings
    dont have overheat
    i reinstall the windows
    i reinstall the drivers with much versions
    and i dont now how to fix

    and i see something on gpu z then i dont know if its right
    because hes saying the gpu is on x4 pcie
