My headset is in great working condition(6 months old) it works great when using the wireless transmitter, however when I attempt to use it on my Xbox One (using the 3.5 audio cord) it shuts off immediately after the 3.5 is inserted into the headset. It just makes the power off noise and nothing else. I have the same results when attempting to use the 3.5 audio jack on other devices, not just the XBOX.
