Hello! I've been having this issue since updating my PC to 7700X and 7800X3D/4090 eventually. The issue: every 15 or so minutes my games stutter, frametime spike goes up to 90-110ms; GPU usage drops a few % lower, but not to 0. It happens in CS2 and Apex Legends. It even happens when I don't play the game and stay on the main menu. I've tested Titanfall 2 which is also on source engine and it didn't stutter there. Yes. I also had this issue when I had 7700X.
