Mickey: Some weired Question about the CPU and the Ram

Ive never had this before Cometlake Series wich is interessting for me:

I3 10105F

On desktop its faster with the second setting:

I3 @ max 4,3 GHz allcore with DDR4 2400 CL 12-13-13-38
vs
I3 @ 3,9 GHz allcore with DDR4 2933 CL 20-20-20-45


Same in a game like Battlefield 5:
I3 @ 4,3 GHz with DDR4 2400 CL 12-13-13-38 = avg FPS 128, lows down to 54 FPS
vs
I3 @ 3,9 GHz with DDR4 2933 CL 20-20-20-45 = avg FPS 126, lows down to 73 FPS


tested on a Z590 Board
