Backstory: I've got a incredibly nice sounding pair of bookshelf speakers that I built back in the 1980's. And, I recently picked up a 100wpc Realistic STA 2600, it's the same receiver I had back in the 1980's, but it was stolen during a break in in 1990. Hearing it again after 30+ years makes me want to weep, incredible imaging and clarity.
