I have a 9 7900x that I put in eco mode. While looking at Ryzen Master it shows my PPT near max just while watching a video and streaming on discord. Sometimes it will also go up to like 107% for a second and then go back down to around 80% or go down to like 3% then go to around 80%. Is this normal to see?
