Mickey: Ryzen 3000 no boot after setting wrong FCLK

I have an issue. i made an mistake and set my fclk freq to 3000 and now my pc do not run. my pc is MB: Aorus B550m Pro-p, CPU Rayzen 5 3600 2x16 XPG 3200mhz. We try to flash higher version bios with q-flash usb port. We try to remove mobo battery and reset with the pins. So far no luck to turn on. Only fans are blowing. Pls help.
