I got a couple of new old stock Mothrboards, unused one of them did not do a thing.even after putting a new CMOS battery in. The other one after a i put a new CMOS battery in heatsink fan spins lights on the board and mouse and keyboard and cd drive ,but no signal on the monitor.I have a PC tester that lights up but just shows nougts,as you can see in the photo of it.I have a speaker on the board but makes no bleeps when no Ram in there.I have never seen someone saying the Mouse and...
