Mickey: REBAR lag on bios and on windows with certain programs, why?

perhaps someone could tell me whats up here, and why does this happens ? it not only affects the bios visual laggyness but also in windows with certain programs like in these examples:

my system:
ryzen 5600x
gigabyte b550m aorus elite rev 1.0 on F17 bios version
rtx 4070 asus dual.
