Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me as I've never seen anything like this. I have a Ryzen 3950x, a RTX 3090 and 64gb of RAM. I'm having some issues regarding the Ryzen performance. One day I turned on my PC and suddenly no game seemed to be able to overcome 40/50 FPS. I ran 3DMark and checked that the issue was in the processor as it had a score of 29k/30k in the Fire Strike physics test and it was getting 15k.
