Hey! I'm writing this post for a friend of mine. He's upgrading his PC (Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB ram and 1050 Ti) and recently bought a used GTX 970 + psu in question combo for 100€. He plans on flipping the GPU to buy a better one, and he's aiming for something as powerful as an RTX 2070.
