Mickey: question on my g sync compatible monitor has started flickering recently

Hi so i have had my monitor about a year now and up until two weeks ago it was perfect but now it has started to flicker .

I am wondering is it just me or has maybe a update done something .

I have a aoc 27g2 .

I know its not a true g sync monitor its just a comparable monitor .
