Mickey: Power supply failing? Or just not enough to handle the load?

I have a 650-Watt EVGA power supply in my system that has an 8700K OCed to 4.7 GHz, two NVMe SSDs, one SATA SSD, two spinning hard drives, and an RTX 3060. Every so often I get graphical glitches in Microsoft Word of all things and have been trying to narrow down why I'm seeing these issues.
