Yep. You’ve read the title. I’ve tested tons of PC’s. Took a brand new PC to my brothers house, ran smooth, plugged it into my wall, stutters, back to his, stutters still exist. No clue what is going on. Offline/Online, it is not a hardware issue.. I’ve tested tons of different hardware and in total have tested around 7 brand new computers since 2016.
