Mickey: PLEASE HELP, TUF Laptop keeps "thermal hibernating" but isn't overheating.

Please help. At my wit's end here. I've posted this before but never heard much, tried the few things that were suggested (BIOS update, chipset driver update, etc) and it just hasn't stopped.

My brand-new Asus TUF A15 (R7 7435HS, RTX 4060, 32gb DDR5-4800) runs absolutely fine when plugged in, high performance mode. Temps are well within the safe ranges for a gaming laptop, even when playing something demanding it never actually throttles.
