Every time i start the PC (not at a restart) my PC freezes for up to 2 minutes, can't do anything in that time, not even to delete a small file, but the system also isn't doing anything. All i can do is quickly open something before it all freezes. I manage to open hwinfo or taskmanager in time, i see no process stalling everything or major use of the system, it stays idle and barely uses the resources, cpu stays at 1, 2% and no major ram usage either, no fans ramp up, nothing.
