Mickey: Pc booting for a few seconds and then turning off with ram Rgb on

Specs:
R5 5600x
16gb 3600mhz cl18 ram
Aorus rx 580 8gb
MSI B550m vdh pro
500w cooler master psu

i transferred to a new case and my pc will boot (not enough time to post) up once and turn off then do the same thing again. Then I can’t do anything when I press the power button, I have to take out the power cable and switch off the psu
Now it has got a lot worse because now it will turn on once and turn off with the rgb of the ram on
