Mickey: only x8 bandwidth in x16 PCI slot on DELL 3930RACK, how ti fix it

    I bought multiple DELL 3930RACK workstation with NVIDIA P2200, GPU card is placed on Bottom on Slot1, it is x16 PCI bus. I have test how GPYU works under GPU-Z. Bandwidth is x8.
    all DELL machines have same issue. Is it deLL issue or GPU test program issue?
