So yesterday I was using my PC, a Optiplex 7020 Minitower Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad Core, 16gb Windows 10, SSD, that was purchased refurbished from Ebay 2 months ago. The seller offers a 12 month warranty so I am not too worried but they don't come back from holiday until 3rd Jan so I wanted to try and see what this problem could be, given I am fairly techy and comfortable inside PCs.
