So long story short, I re-pasted a Lenovo AIO and used OCCT to stress it for a little to check temps. OCCT immediately was throwing an error per second on core #3. I stopped and ran about an hour of memtest without any problems. And then booted back into windows and ran Prime95 (blend) for a while without a hiccup. OCCT bug? System runs perfectly fine.
