I recently purchased a gaming laptop, Lenovo LOQ RTX 4060 8GB at 105W, intel i7-13650HX with 16GB of RAM. I am going into games and getting a decent amount of FPS, around 200 on Phasmaphobia on mid range settings. However, I feel like I am not getting the performance I should be. I am looking at the Nvidia readings that you get when pressing alt+r and its showing around 35% utilization on GPU and CPU. I have my laptop plugged in and raised on a laptop stand.
