Mickey: New IPS monitor with blurry shadow like edges when looking at angle

If I look right side by angle, (while keep eye level at center of screen) the right edge becomes blurry so right part of scrollbar becomes blurry.

If I look bottom side by angle, (while keep eye level at center of screen) the bottom edge becomes blurry so bottom part of taskbar becomes blurry.

Etc... every edges become blurry if looking at angle

Do IPS monitors have blurry shadow like edges when looking at angle?
