Mickey: need some assistance with some "screen tearing" situation on my system

hi there guys, i recently started to notice some "screen tearing" feeling on my system, maybe someone in here is more experienced in the field and can help me out to figure out what can i do to improve the situation at least.

rivatuner framelimit cap 141.
monitor AOC 24G2 24 inch capable of 144hz...
