Mickey: Need help pc shut down when move it outside rig

I moved my amd rig to the test bench outside the case and it run fine at stock bios. However, when I loaded profile with ram oc, the pc just shut down. No power on when I hit the start. I have no idea what is going on. The only difference is now it has 2 3090 on instead of 1 6900xt.
