Mickey: need a ps1/2 to hdmi or dp that covers all the screen 16:9 (check video)

my lg 32" is 4k with 144hz
ps1/ps2 to hdmi can only output 720p or 1080p with a switch. I need one that covers all the 16:9 of my monitor
i need one adapter that can strech all through, any models that you know?
