Mickey: My PC randomly, doesn't turn on and sometime it shuts off the current.

Hi, i have a strange problem. My PC sometimes doesn't turn on, it is random. Later i got a few crashes like the whole computer froze and the audio in my headset lagged in, then i had the problem when it shuts off the current in the whole house, when i try to turn on the pc cable's extension cord/distributor (i don't know this word). When my computer is running there is nothing problem with it (expect the few crashes). There is nothing wrong with the switch i measured it with a voltage...
