Mickey: My Lenovo laptop has corrupted bios and i dont know what to do.

So here's my story, i have a Lenovo V110-15isk 6th gen laptop with i3 6006U and 4gb ram, the problem with it is i suspect it has a bad bios, because whenever i change the main language of windows other than English than it start to display weird behaviors, like some windows features stopped working like the search engine simpley wouldn't come up, also when i click on it or some of my browsers would start in ( Oh no! error, cant display tab ) or my my ram, disk, and CPU usage would ramp up...
