My pc is Dell 7577 and i have i5 7300hq 16gb ram 2400mhz 1050 4gb. when i am playing games like bf1 bf5 temperature is like 75-90 but cpu is generaly 3000mhz but it goes 799 mhz for 5-12 sec. i tried format, restart, bios factory settings or bios defeult settings but it didnt change any thing how can i fix this i think i have a problem with hardware and i cant make throotlestop because its locked how can i unlock?
