Mickey: my computer wont post. Asus/Rog Motherboard code 76/14. RED cpu light

Ive Reseated the Cpu with new thermal paste.
Cleared Cmos.
removed ram stick by stick
rebuilt and cleaned .

I was opening mixcraft 9 after a recent windows update and its blue screened . "Code: memory_management"

Now wont post or have any display.
has a red cpu_led light on .
if I could get into bios I could probably fix.
it doesnt have the button on the back for bios but there is a red one on the motherboard that says bios_switch.
