I'm puzzled about why this customer PC won't spin up the fans, apart from one. MSI X299 Tomahawk i7 7820X EVGA CLC 120mm PSU EVGA 750G3 The customer told me that he's been having issues with the PC randomly restarting, BSODs and 'strange' noises from the fans. On opening it up, the radiator PWM fan was stopping and starting, but mainly stopped, causing the CPU temp to rise to around 65-70c on idle.
