Mickey: Monitor has horizontal thin lines

Hi

I have the monitor Samsung C27HG70. It start to display horizontal thin lines and after 30 minutes the lines disappear but now the lines are permanent. Is there something I can do to fix this ? because monitor technicians are very rare in my location.
