I recently changed my processor from a 3700x to a 4500, because the 3700x died and I needed a cheap processor while I changed my complete configuration. Since changing processors, my PC has had micro freezes, both in games and audio. A bit like the video here: except that the cause isn't the tpm because I've tried without it and I still have the problem.
