Mickey: Messed up and flashed an unverified older Phantom Gaming XTX vbios from TechPowerUp...

Tried to fix it, AMDVBFLASH says reflash was successful, but doesn't seem to fix things. A screenshot of the successful reflash:

I would like to add that I am reflashing using my original vbios that I backed up before attempting this.
