Just now, I ran a Cinebench R20 benchmark and I got lower score (2900) than the previous tests (3200). I noticed that my CPU is power limit throttling at 55W, although the default PL1 is 70W, which caused my clockspeed to be limited at 3.9GHz. In the previous, I managed to got 3200 because the PKG power hits 70W while the clockspeed maintains between 4-4.2GHz. Haven't updated anything tho, so what's causing this?
