so I bought an untested motherboard and I plugged in the CPU. Fan, 1 stick of ddr4 ram. I go to power it on, and it flicks on for a second so I swap the RAM to a different slot no different so I unplug the CPU 8 pin and it powers up with a red light that doesn't post I then go on to different scenarios to no effect so i grab my magnifying glass and give it the once over, then come across this.... pic 1 I was looking around the board and another donor one to get a part number but they all...
