Hey there. I just upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. After this upgrade i have seen lower FPS in games, and my components aren't getting near the amount of usage they were before. I play a lot of CS2, and in Windows 10 i would consistently get 200+ FPS, and my GPU and CPU would be at around 80% usage, but since i upgraded, I'm getting around 170 FPS, and my utilization is around 50-60%.
