I bought an acer aspire 575 The previous owner says the battery worked fine for abour an hour and a half before he stopped using it for year, then sold it to me just now, the system works fine but it doesnt detect the battery (says theres none plugged in) i installed a new OS, installed battery drivers and it persists, i know batteries die if you dont plug them on after a long time i just wanted to know if theres any method to "revive" it or fully drain it so maybe it comes back to life...
