Largest chip in the world has been upgraded to 7 nm: 2.6 trillion transistors and 40 GB onboard memory

Chip manufacturer Cerebras announced the Wafer Scale Engine 2 in August last year, the successor to the world's largest processor.
Where the surface of the chip remains the same (46,225 square millimeters or about 21.5 x 21.5 cm), the production process has changed from 16 to 7 nanometers (from TSMC).
