I have a Sony Vaio (2012), which has i7-3632qm processor with 8gb ram on HM76 chipset. When I look the idle temperatures with Aida and hwinfo64, the PCH temperatures are reads as 63-64 degress Celsius.. When I take a look at the inside, there is no HS or thermal pad on the HM76 southbridge. Do you think it is normal for a laptop?
