Mickey: Laptop Battery Dead after a couple weeks of use (MSI GF65 Thin)

Hi everyone, I hope yall are having a good day.
Ive had this laptop for a couple years now, I think ever since 2020. Exactly 1 year after I bought it, the retail battery died, or at least that was what I thought. The battery would not be detected by any battery scanning software such as batteryinfoview, and when I plugged in the laptop the charging light remained unpowered and the trail icon read "0% available (plugged in)".
