Long story short my old PC started freaking out and rebooting constantly, I ordered parts for a new one as the old one lived a good life, and used an older one in the mean time. I moved my gtx 1070 to the older interim PC and used the same peripherals it ran beautifully. Fast forward to brand new PC and I am still rebooting to the point windows will not load, the system freezes everytime forcing me to reinstall.
